New online registration coming soon!

We're making some big changes behind the scenes, so please read this carefully as it contains important information. We’re going digital with not only a new accounting system and a new logo, but we’re also implementing a new online club management system! There will probably be a few hiccups, so forgive us as we make these improvements. If you have any concerns or comments do contact us, we’ll try our best to help.

All registrations, swim program details, and payments will now be managed online, and invoices for the season will be sent to you by email. This means you only need to turn up in person if your child / children are to be assessed.
 

Online registration and payment

To simplify invoicing and payments for everyone, Susan our Treasurer has set up a new MYOB accounting system for us and has kindly donated the first year’s not-for-profit subscription for the club. Thank you, Susan!

Our new online club management system developed by kiwi company, Friendly Manager, will allow us to keep track of everything digitally, online, and in one place.

In the next few days, you will be invited to log in to the system where you can check your registration details, see the program schedule and events, read the latest club news, and more.
 

Fees per child for the 2020-2021 Season

The fees for this season reflect the reduced weeks for the Eels, the enhanced and increased swimming opportunity for our Orcas and Marlins, and increasing operation costs for the club. We aim to keep prices affordable for Golden Bay families and, when compared with other clubs, our swimming programs offer the best value by far.

Eels
Lessons are in Term 1 only from 3 Feb through to season end on 1 April.
All Eels must be assessed on 29 October.
Fee for 2 lessons per week, over 9 weeks = $100 per child.
 
Dolphin & Snapper
Lessons start in Term 4 from 2 Nov to 10 Dec. Then recommence in Term 1 on 3 Feb through to season end on 1 April.
Fee for 2 lessons per week, over 15 weeks = $120 per child.
 
Orca
Lessons start in Term 4 from 2 Nov to 10 Dec. Then recommence in Term 1 on 3 Feb through to season end on 1 April.
Fee for up to 3 squad lessons per week, over 15 weeks = $150 per child.
 
Marlin
Lessons start in Term 4 from 2 Nov to 10 Dec. Then recommence in Term 1 on 3 Feb through to season end on 1 April.
Fee for up to 4 squad lessons per week, over 15 weeks = $150 per child.
 
* Families get a $15 discount for every child after the first child.
 

Important Dates

• 29 October – assessments for Eels and all new swimmers (rain day 30 October)
• 2 November – 2020-2021 Season starts for Dolphins, Snapper, Orca and Marlins
• 10 December (the day after Term 4 ends) - Swim Club breaks for the summer holidays
• 3 Feb – Term 1 start for Eels. Club reopens for ALL levels.
